Advanced iLs Applications: Expanding Your Toolbox (APTC – I)
Advanced Practitioner Training Course Level I (APTC – I), covers the curriculum in a hands-on interactive format.
Registration Criteria: (1) successful completion of the Practitioner Training Course (PTC) or the Distance Practitioner Training Course (DPTC), and use of the iLs Total Focus System for at least six months, or, (2) completion of the Advanced Practitioner Training Course (APTC).
A Certificate will be emailed to you following successful completion of the entire course.
Successful completion of the entire course will result in 1.2 AOTA CEU or 12 Contact Hours. Pro-rated credit may not be awarded those who arrive late/leave early, although certification may not be awarded. The VoicePro System with Interactive Language Activities is also taught in the training.
After successful completion of the course you will be able to:
- Use the iLs Pro Amplifier’s increased bone conduction levels and R/L lateralization
- Incorporate the VoicePro System with bone conduction headset
- Skillfully manipulate Programs based on the underlying structure
- Utilize the Interactive Language Activities with clients, regardless of age, language skills, or native language
- Personalize programs for your clients
*The Pro Amplifier may be purchased after completion of the course to use in conjunction with a Total Focus System.
Individualized iLs Programming: Creating Programs With The Pro Music Library (APTC – II)
Advanced Practitioner Training Course Level II (APTC – II), covers the curriculum in a hands-on interactive format. Learners will be required to participate during the course and submit a completed a quiz at the end of the course.
Registration Criteria: (1) successful completion of the Advanced Practitioner Training Course Level I, or, (2) completion of the Advanced Practitioner Training Course (APTC).
A Certificate will be emailed to you following successful completion of the entire course:
- attendance at training
- receipt of your quiz (with passing score)
Successful completion of the entire course will result in 1.2 AOTA CEU or 12 Contact Hours. Pro-rated credit may not be awarded those who arrive late/leave early, although certification may not be awarded. The Voice of the Mother will also be covered in the training.
After successful completion of the course you will be able to:
- Create individualized programs with the iLs Pro music library
- Analyze a case from an iLs perspective
- Develop custom protocols to meet therapeutic objectives
- Masterfully utilize iLs for the most challenging cases
