I am honored to share my knowledge and experience through development and oversight of Associate training and education. While I take great joy in sharing my knowledge, I also love using the creative side of my brain developing new programs and assisting with product development. Lastly, given the increasing complexity of developmental issues facing children and parents today, I am grateful for my team of wizards – trainers, coaches and staff – who help me navigate these waters … mindful of what it is like to walk in the shoes of the families we serve.  And, then there is my Irish humor. I am an inveterate tease who takes immeasurable joy in putting a smile on someone’s face through gentle humor.
