There are two health related caveats around Dreampad usage. We recommend that those prone to motion sickness begin using the Dreampad in short sessions of 10 minutes to make sure the vibrational music does not trigger a reaction a reaction similar to that of motion sickness. We also caution against leaving the Dreampad in the crib of a child one year or younger because of the risk of suffocation. Children and adults with medical conditions should consult their doctor before using.
